Jalen Brunson and Jalen Suggs started a scoring duel, while everyone seemed to score in the paint. The Knicks gained momentum in the second, with an early run led by Karl-Anthony Towns and the second unit.

New York took a seven-point lead into halftime, but the second half proved to be a battle. The teams traded runs back and forth, blow for blow. But Jalen Suggs became hobbled with a hip injury, while Jalen Brunson never slowed down. The Knicks always had an answer to hang on to win.
