New York Knicks defeat the New Orleans Pelicans 118-85: Handling business

The New York Knicks took down the New Orleans Pelicans 118-85. The Knicks never allowed New Orleans to breathe, playing suffocating defense to start and executing on the offensive end.

It would be easy to take this performance against an undermanned Pelicans team for granted if not for New York’s near letdown in Charlotte. The Knicks started flat against the Hornets, and it nearly cost them. But they played invigorated back at home against New Orleans, building a massive lead and never looking back.

After a pair of rough performances to end the road trip, New York needed these good vibes. Let’s take a closer look at the standouts.
