The New York Knicks won in decisive fashion against the Philadelphia 76ers, 108-94. The Knicks now hold a dominant 3-0 lead in the second round of the Eastern Conference Semifinals, with the potential to complete a sweep on Sunday.

The Sixers gave New York their best punch early. Paul George couldn’t miss to start, and Tyrese Maxey never seemed to sit in the first half. But the Knicks absorbed the blow and escaped the first quarter down only four points.

The Knicks’ defense took over after that. For the final three quarters, Philadelphia never scored more than 24 points. Meanwhile, the Knicks built their lead and never looked back.

The story tonight is about New York’s depth, as the Knicks dominated despite missing OG Anunoby and dealing with foul trouble for Karl-Anthony Towns. The Knicks’ bench scored 25 points before Philadelphia’s bench made a field goal.

After a victory like this, a sweep feels inevitable. Let’s run it back with performance recaps.
